Satay Royal

Our Satay Royal is not your average satay. The meat is marinated in oyster sauce, grilled, and served with crispy onions, atjar (pickled vegetables), and satay sauce. Three variants:

• Satay Royal Chicken (halal) — Tender chicken fillet, halal-prepared.
• Satay Royal Beef Tenderloin — 200 grams of oyster-marinated tenderloin.
• Satay Royal Vegetarian — 100% plant-based: cassava, satay sauce, crispy onions, and atjar.
